Eventbrite releases its Summer Dating Report, highlighting new dating trends among singles.
If you missed our 2022 report -- dating apps are in their flop era. Gen Zers are over the gamified version of love and are now opting for IRL dating -- or as seen on Eventbrite, speed dating. To help you get ready for your summer love(s), Eventbrite shares the best hot spots, according to Gen Z.
Third spaces are your safe spaces outside of the home that function as "social hubs." As Eventbrite shared, "singles see them as prime opportunities to meet new people and potentially foster genuine connections. From coffee shops to bookstores and art museums, they’re providing a welcoming atmosphere for people to mingle and discover shared interests."
To no surprise, 51% of Gen Z singles believe coffee shops are the perfect place for a meet cute, "offering the perfect backdrop for casual conversations and chance encounters."
