Ester Manas presented its Spring/Summer 2025 collection at Paris Fashion Week this season, titled "The Elephant in the Room."

"There's an elephant in the room, have you seen it? There's no time to look away and wall ourselves in silence, so let’s follow in the footsteps of Ester Manas and Balthazar Delepierre. From the outset, they have tackled the subject head-on," began this season's collection notes.

Presenting a sensual collection of curve-hugging dresses, sheer tops and tights, the collection stayed true to Ester Manas' inclusive design ethos, fusing delicate lace lingerie with bold and bright colors, catering to all different body shapes and sizes. Offering a masterclass in textile manipulation, the dizzying display of ruffles and ruches in unexpected fabrics, SS25 was a collection we'll be thinking about for seasons to come.

WHO: Music artist Jazzel (better known as uglyworldwide) was in attendance at the show, alongside UK superstar Mahalia.

WHERE: Similar to GANNI, Ester Manas' SS25 was held at Palais de Tokyo, this time transforming the set design through the addition of a massive inflatable elephant.

SEE: The first look of the collection was a black dress with a graphic print long sleeve on top, adorned with the words "the elephant in the room," echoing the title of the collection. A striking color palette of bright purple was paired with lime green and black, while the collection also saw a dainty floral print make an appearance, possibly for the first time ever.

HEAR: The soundtrack started with a circus-inspired element, transforming into a sensual sound. "On the soundtrack, Dr. Ruth plays down the torments of sex and encourages abundance. We're never so alive as when we're fulfilled," explains the show notes.

TOUCH: Ester Manas returned with its signature ruffles, arriving in the form of a cropped jacket and red and black tube top dress. Ruching, tulle and trompe-l'œil prints dominated the collection, paired with embossed leather, delicately transparent fabrics and graphic-printed tees.

TASTE: Bright red tights are going nowhere fast. Ester Manas paired them with taupe trench coats and turtle neck dresses as well as lavender handbags, proving that once again, color-clashing is in.
