PUMA's Speedcat Ballerina Debut at OperaSPORT
Following the insurmountable success of the PUMA Speedcat, the brand debuted a new iteration, dubbed the Speedcat Ballerina on the runway at OperaSPORT. Seemingly inspired by collabs like Sandy Liang x Salomon and Cecilie Bahnsen x ASICS, the new hybrid is set to be a big one for the season ahead. Showcased in two colorways of White/Silver and Black/White, the Speedcat Ballerina featured multiple elastic straps and subtle PUMA branding.
Forza Collective's Roaring '20s Nostalgia
Forza Collective is known for its playful approach to fashion and tongue-in-cheek detailing. For FW25, Kristoffer Kongshaug's label looked to the roaring '20s for inspiration, merging its signature themes with a touch of '90s minimalism. Subtle hues were paired with hits of icy blue or bold red, with sharp silhouettes dressed up by furry accents reminiscent of the caveman era. "I fell in love with French illustrations from old magazines dated back to the '20s and '30s featuring draping and a lot of focus on a dropped waistline. They were either very strict and structured, or 360 degrees, I like the idea of bringing these to life, and placing them in a more contemporary and modern setting," Kongshaug explained in the brand's press release.
Alectra Rothschild/Masculina
As always, the Alectra Rothschild/Masculina showcase is one of the biggest highlights of CPHFW. Last season, the dynamic label debuted a pretty immersive experience for SS25, inviting guests to an outdoor location to watch a masterclass in motorsports and drag performance. For FW25, the brand continued to showcase an inclusive cast of models, exploring themes of freedom and self-expression.
