Kaley Cuoco *Hates* Filming Sex Scenes -- Here's How She Avoids Them

8 Simple Rules star Kaley Cuoco discusses her new show Based on a True Story and how she's no longer here for sex scenes, and thankfully she has a hack of her own.

When gearing up for her new series, Cuoco knew sex scenes would be up for discussion. However, due to former experience filming fight scenes while pregnant, she tapped the "movie magic" of body doubles. Essentially, when it came time for her new series to tap the art of intimacy, she knew just what to do.

"I’d rather let someone else do it, and that’s what’s movie magic [is for]," Cuoco stated on the topic of sex onscreen. "We don’t have to do those things anymore. We can have someone else do it, and we can fake our way through," she said before joking, "You think that Chris Messina played tennis? Please! He was terrible! That’s his double."

“I don’t roll that way. I need someone else to do that stuff,” she said. “I’m past that. I’m not doing that anymore. Also, who wants to see that? Not my thing."
