Back in 2023, French fashion label A.P.C. dove into the world of food with the release of a very rare bottle of olive oil. For its third iteration, the denimwear brand is back with another exclusive label, once again designed by Mathias Augustyniak. Produced exclusively for the brand by the Moulin des Ombres mill at the Château de Montfrin in the Gard region, the new release is only produced in small batches. The certified organic oil originally comes from Tuscany and is pressed using the highest-grade technology to preserve and safeguard its unique flavor.

Bearing a smooth and gentle taste, A.P.C. olive oil is also incredibly green and mild, delivering just the right amount of bitterness for an extra punch to the palate. To truly enjoy the one-of-a-kind oil, creative director and founder Jean Touitou recommends, "With its rather strong personality, it's perfect to accompany dishes with rather simple flavors. Try it with fish such as cod, but also with rice, steamed apples or chickpeas."

Joining the special olive oil's release is a chic denim apron, crafted from soft raw denim and complete with caramel-colored stitching and an embroidered A.P.C. logo on the front pocket.

The A.P.C. olive oil is available in a 250ml bottle and 1500ml magnum in all stores in Europe and Japan.

In other news, this new Rizzoli book documents the archive of AMBUSH.
