Meet Perifit Care+, a wellness device that helps you exercise your pelvic floor -- through play.

Throughout the years, sexual wellness has somewhat come around to kegels and its importance for pelvic health training. Strengthening your pelvic floor is essential for basic functions like bomb orgasms and literally being able to hold your pee until you reach the restroom. However, it's severely under-discussed despite 1 in 3 women in the United States struggling with a weak pelvic floor -- cue the urinary incontinence.

Speaking of urinary incontinence, "if you pee a little when you laugh, sneeze, jump, or cough — you're experiencing some form of UI," shared a Perifit brand representative. Issues caused by a weak pelvic floor have become common, but shouldn't be normalized, they continued.

To help women train their pelvic floor muscles, Perifit created Perifit Care+, a "device that allows users to train their pelvic floor muscles by playing video games with their vagina." According to the brand, fun is the MO, but it "isn’t just a fun twist—it’s a vital solution, as 1 in 3 women in the US struggle with pelvic floor dysfunction."

To use, simply enter the device like a sex toy or other Kegel trainer. Using instant biofeedback, the device's accompanying app provides "step-by-step guidance on choosing the right training program for you based on the symptoms you're experiencing."

As for the games, they range in "difficulty according to what level you're on." There are a total of 20 games aiming to make the Kegel training process fun and focused on what your pelvic floor needs.

"The probe has biofeedback sensors that link to the games and will guide you on when to contract your muscles. Three to five 10 minute sessions a week is all you need to start seeing real results." The app also tracks your progress, "focusing on improvement across five key dimensions and detailed progress insights."

In a study conducted to gauge results, "71% of Perifit Care users reported short-term improvements in urinary incontinence, 79% saw medium-term improvements and 85% experienced long-term benefits."
