Starbucks Kicked Off the Launch of Iced Energy Drinks With a Lively Summer Celebration

Kicking off the launch of the Iced Energy beverages with a bang, the brand hosted a launch party with musician and instrumentalist Blu DeTiger.
During the event, Starbucks invited NYC locals to try the sugar-free, energy-boosting beverages for the first time at Public Records.
The beverage's two flavors, Melon Burst and Tropical Citrus, are available in Venti only and combine crisp iced tea and sparkling fruit for a refreshing summer boost. DeTiger echoes that same elevated energy through her craft, creating infectious tracks and breaking barriers as a female bass guitarist.
Coming off of her highly anticipated debut album and an exciting tour run, DeTiger joined Starbucks for a special performance at the high-energy event, which also included dedicated drink moments so fans could try the new beverage out, and unique collectible merch inspired by concert tour tees, and more.
Guests had the chance to take home custom laser-etched cups, giving them the opportunity to enjoy Starbucks® Iced Energy on the go, and photo booths that determined your summer aura, which provided a fun interactive moment.
The aura photo booths brought the high-spirited nature of the new drinks to life by snapping guests in the moment and capturing their auras through portraits and custom energy readings.
