Though 2024 is quickly coming to a close, New Balance hasn't finished with the year just yet. Following the release of a new colorway earlier this month, the brand unveiled another look for its 1906L loafer.
The popular sneaker hybrid's latest color scheme features a "Silver Metallic/Navy/Dark Juniper" combination. This sleek design blends the performance-driven DNA of its classic 1906D running shoe with the sophistication of a loafer, resulting in a versatile silhouette that offers both style and comfort.
The 1906L draws inspiration from early '00s running culture, blending athletic heritage with a sophisticated, polished design that effortlessly transitions between formal and casual settings. Equipped with a high-performance sole known for its shock absorption and rebound properties, it promises all-day comfort. Meanwhile, the loafer-inspired upper gives a refined, tailored look. The mix of silver metallic, deep navy and dark juniper adds a modern twist to bring a contemporary edge to this classic silhouette.
Retailing for $160 USD, the new 1906L will be available sometime in 2025 on New Balance's official website.
