New York City-based clothing designer Gabe Gordon is venturing into the world of fragrance with the debut of his first-ever perfume, "Horseplay." Inspired by his Spring/Summer 2025 collection, which debuted at New York Fashion Week this past September, the designer collaborated with Australian perfumer and founder of Perdristât, Callum Mitchell, to bring this dreamy '80s-tinged scent to life.

"Memory, time and decay are core concepts I explore in my textiles each season. The olfactory sense has a specific link to childhood memories and is strongly linked to emotions, so it seemed right to add another sensory layer to the Gabe Gordon universe through perfume," said Gordon in a press statement. "I landed upon a scent which we eventually named 'Horseplay.' It perfectly translated the environment of the story; the all-American, suburban teenage dream, horsegirls, homoerotic football jocks set within a nightmarish landscape."

"Horseplay" is a blend of hay, rose, leather and vetiver, evoking a beautiful balance of florals and earthy, rustic elements.
