Florence Tétier and ASICS Make a Case for Shoe Charms

Florence Tétier is reuniting with ASICS for its "Crafts For Minds" initiative, following on from the duo's first team-up back in 2022. For the second edition, the Parisian art director and jewelry designer reimagines three signature ASICS silhouettes: Gel-Kayano 14, Gel-Nimbus 9, and Gel-Nimbus 10.1, in a total of just 33 units.

Selecting the silhouettes that "she wears daily," Tétier adds her distinctive aesthetic to the classic kicks, also creating a series of additional accessories crafted from repurposed plastic and other found materials. Resulting in beaded straps and shoe charms, the collection allows wearers the choice to customize their kicks. Each pair arrives with two charms, one for each shoe, which can be worn with or without.

Take a look at the new ASICS x Florence Tétier collection above, available for purchase exclusively via Dover Street Market Paris on December 7. All proceeds from sales will go to support the École des Petites Ruches.
