All the Biggest Announcements From Apple's 'California Streaming' Event

Following numerous rumors and speculations, Apple has finally unveiled its latest product lineup at its 2021 September presentation. Titled California Streaming, the tech giant revealed updates made to its iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, as well as its health platform Apple Fitness+.

iPhone 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max


The iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max models arrive in a flat-edge design with 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch screens, respectively. Dressed in "Graphite," "Gold," "Silver" and "Sierra Blue," the gadgets come with a ceramic shield on the front for added durability, protecting the Super Retina XDR display. The phones feature three rear cameras for improvements to photo and video, while the new A15 Bionic chip makes them 50% faster with better battery life in comparison to those of previous models.

Meanwhile, the iPhone 13 and 13 Mini come in "Pink," "Blue," "Midnight," "Starlight" and "(PRODUCT)RED" colorways along with a dual-camera system and added stabilization to photos and videos. These two models also feature the A15 Bionic chip for improved battery life and 5G experience.

Priced from $699 USD for the iPhone 13 Mini to $1,099 USD for the 13 Pro Max, the models will be available for pre-order on September 17.

iPad and iPad Mini


The latest iPad, featuring a 10.4-inch retina display with True Tone, comes with advancements to the camera with a 12MP Ultra Wide front lens. The device arrives with iPadOS 15, which focuses on productivity. The iPad Mini, measuring 8.3 inches, will be available in "Pink," "Starlight," "Purple" and "Space Gray" with Apple Pencil support.

Priced from $329 to $649 USD, the iPad and iPad Mini are slated to roll out on September 24.

Apple Watch Series 7



Lastly, the Apple Watch Series 7 is equipped with a larger retina screen in comparison to the previous model. Dressed in "Midnight," "Starlight," "Green" and "(PRODUCT)RED," the smartwatch offers greater dust and water resistance. It will run on watchOS 8, which features more workout types and accessibility features. The Apple Watch Hermès is accessorized with new Circuit H and Gourmette Double Tour styles.

Priced from $399 USD, Apple Watch Series 7 will be available later this fall.
