H.E.R. Drops Brand New Album, 'Back of My Mind'

It's been two years since H.E.R.'s last compilation album, I Used To Know Her. Since then, the R&B songstress has been dropping a number of empowering singles like "Fight For You" and "I Can't Breathe."

Now, H.E.R. is back with a brand new full-length studio album, which she teased last week with the release of her single "We Made It." Titled Back of My Mind, the record features 21 tracks, including collaborations with Ty Dolla $ign on "Back of My Mind," Cordae on "Trauma," Lil Baby on "Find A Way," Thundercat on "Bloody Waters," DJ Khaled and Bryson Tiller on "I Can Have It All" and more.

"This collection of songs comes from feelings and thoughts that I’ve had in the back of mind," H.E.R. shared in a press release.  "That’s where I live sometimes. Some things I talk about in my music and other things I may have been afraid to say or admit. I’m finding freedom in being truthful with expression."

Back of My Mind is now available to stream via Spotify and Apple Music.
