Ylona Garcia - "All That"

Recently signed to Paradise Rising, 19-year-old Filipino-Australian musician Ylona Garcia dropped her latest track "All That" earlier this month. On the track, the artist sings about leaving behind all of the toxicity in her life and encourages everyone to move forward. "So I left all that sh*t back in 2020/I'm in my feels and I'm feeling legendary/Slick my hair back and dance all night/Gucci shades when it gets too bright," she repeats, commenting on what many have been going through over the past year.

Jesswar - TROPIXX

Three years after her debut, Fijian rapper Jesswar has finally released her first-ever EP titled TROPIXX. Comprised of six tracks, the record reflects the artist's determination to empower marginalized individuals. "When I first started writing TROPIXX, I was tired of being overlooked and I knew I had a lot to say," she shared in a press release. "It was really upsetting to wake up every day and see how women of color are constantly overlooked in the music industry." In addition to the EP, Jesswar has announced a series of secret warehouse performances in Australia set to take place in May.

Charlotte Lawrence - Charlotte

Singer-songwriter Charlotte Lawrence has unveiled a seven-track EP titled Charlotte, led by her latest single "Talk You Down." The pop record sees the artist opening up about her struggles with anxiety, as she candidly sings about fear in relationships on "Sin x Secret" and heartbreaks on "Slow Motion." "It feels very nostalgic as I’ve spent the last two and a half years making Charlotte. This EP is a window into my mind, heart, soul and all my experiences," Charlotte said in a press release, adding, "If my EP touches at least one person, then I feel like I’ve won."

Pussy Riot - "PANIC ATTACK"

As part of their three-track EP, Pussy Riot has revealed their new song "Panic Attack" along with a music video. The visual fuses a video game-inspired virtual world with footage of the artists captured with 106 cameras. The resulting video is an immersive two- and three-dimensional experience. The track itself touches on the topic of mental health, using nature as a metaphor to explain the connection we have with our surrounding environment.

Jhené Aiko - sailing soul(s)

Celebrating the project's 10th anniversary, Jhené Aiko has made her debut mixtape sailing soul(s) available on major streaming platforms. First released back in March 2011, the 13-track record features the likes of Miguel, Gucci Mane, Drake and Kendrick Lamar. The release comes after Aiko's successful 2020 studio album Chilombo.

Selena Gomez - REVELACIÓN

Following a surprise announcement earlier this year, Selena Gomez dropped her first-ever Spanish-language album titled REVELACIÓN in March. The tracklist is comprised of seven titles, including the leading single "De Una Vez." Speaking of her journey as a musician and the exploration of her Latin heritage, the songstress shared: "This new music is a labor of love for all of my Latin fans. Whether you speak Spanish or not, I hope you can feel the emotion and passion. For me, that is the beauty of Latin music."

Rosé - "On The Ground"

After much anticipation, BLACKPINK's Rosé has made her solo debut with her project, R. The release is led by "On The Ground," a song about chasing dreams and ambitions. In addition to this tune, the K-pop singer has also released "GONE," a heartfelt ballad dedicated to her fans.

Seori - "Lovers in the night"

South Korean R&B musician Seori has kicked off an exciting year with her first release of 2021 titled "Lovers in the night." In the neon-lit music video, the singer-songwriter embraces all forms of love, as she performs the track co-written by MØ and Emiko Love. "We could be lovers in the night/ We could be strangers in the light," she sings as she roams the city looking for love.

Kali Uchis - "telapatía"

Following the initial release back in November 2020, Kali Uchis has unveiled the music video for her single "telepatía." The Spanglish song is accompanied by a self-directed visual showing the artist's Colombian roots, as she travels through her hometown of Pereira on a bicycle.
