Gorillaz is back. The virtual band took to social media to announce their eighth studio album, Cracker Island, which includes a number of features.

The quartet shared the album artwork and track list on Twitter and Instagram. Cracker Island will consist of 10 tracks and six of them are features. Their latest single, "New Gold," features Tame Impala and Bootie Brown. Meanwhile, other guests on the LP include Bad Bunny on "Tormenta," Stevie Nicks on "Oil," Thundercat on "Cracker Island," Adeleye Omotayo on "Silent Running" and Beck on "Possession Island."

Gorillaz was founded in 1998 by musician Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett and consists of four animated members -- singer 2D, bassist Murdoc Niccals, drummer Russel Hobbs and guitarist Noodle.

According to a recent press release, Gorillaz "have relocated to Silverlake, California where it turns out that the answer to life’s question -- the one truth to fix the world -- is to invite fans to join ‘The Last Cult’, with Murdoc as its self-appointed Great Leader."

"It’s nice to be back, I’m well into our new tune, it brings back weird and scary memories of stuff that hasn’t happened yet," said 2D.

Cracker Island is set to drop on February 24, 2023. Check out all the info below and listen to "New Gold" above.
