HYPEBAE Celebrates Pride Month by Exploring the Diversity of Love

Earlier this month, HYPEBAE CN debuted its latest editorial centered on handwritten love letters. Continuing the Pride Month festivities, the Chinese LGBTQ+ community has once again been invited to star in our "LOVE IS LOVE" editorial celebrating the diversity of love.

Starring RHIYAN, Xie, Kennie, Jinjing, Eils and Candle Eyelash, the group of creatives are seen dressed in eye-catching adidas Originals apparel and footwear. In the video below, each talent shares their take on six words – "pronoun," "gender," "discrimination," "love," "freedom" and "pride" – based on their personal experience as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.

"We are just trapped in different bodies," one comments on "gender," while another says, "Accept who you are." When talking about "discrimination," one individual expresses, "I always believe that being different and special is a compliment." The visual ends with all of the talents expressing their individuality. "The queers need a grand celebration to release their glamorous energy. The world needs to see us through such a powerful and energetic rally."
