This Product Made Me a Liquid Blush Convert

Applying blush has always been an essential step in my makeup routine. Whether it be using a powder- or cream-based product, I always need a pop of color on my cheeks to look alive throughout the day. Oddly enough, it's occurred to me that I had never tried liquid blushes, probably because most of the beauty brands I purchase from don't offer them. So when Drunk Elephant came out with its own iteration last month, I decided to give it a go and determine if I was a powder, cream or liquid blush kind of girl.

WHAT IS IT: Drunk Elephant O-Bloos Rosi Glow Drops

WHY IT’S WORTH THE HYPE: This is the ideal product to have in your makeup bag if you're always rushing in the morning to get ready. The golden, peachy-pink liquid formula features just the right amount of pigment, and upon application, allows you to easily spread the product on your cheeks with your fingers. The blush also has this subtle glowy finish that makes it look like you've spent the weekend at the beach.

Ingredients-wise, the formula is made with vitamin F and virgin Marula oil that help moisturize, nourish and improve the texture of your skin. The product also contains Caesalpinia sappan bark extract, a vegan pigment sourced from a sappanwood tree that gives the liquid blush its warm, pink-red tone. On a lazy day, I'd simply apply concealer, and wear a light layer of face powder along with the O-Bloos Rosi Glow Drops for a natural, sun-kissed look.
