Watch Robert Pattinson and Zoë Kravitz in the New 'Batman' Trailer

Warner Bros. has unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming movie The Batman starring Robert Pattinson and Zoë Kravitz at its virtual DC FanDome event.

"When that light hits the sky, it's not just a call. It's a warning," a voice opens the visual as Batman encounters his enemies, Riddler (played by Paul Dano) and Penguin (Colin Farrell). The clip additionally showcases the Caped Crusader's relationship with Catwoman, who is portrayed by Kravitz.

Set in the dark city of Gotham, the Matt Reeves-directed film will be a much grittier take on the DC Comics franchise. During a panel discussion just before the trailer was revealed, Pattinson explained that this version of the superhero "really knows what he’s doing when he puts on the cowl. He’s a bit out of control. He hasn’t really defined what Batman is ... he’s becoming this sort of odd creature."

Watch the latest trailer of The Batman above. The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on March 4, 2022.
