Weaving delicate details of her Jamaican heritage with her famed fashion sense, Mecca James-Williams introduces her new collaboration with SVNR. The revered stylist and New York-based creative joined forces with SVNR designer Christina Tung to facilitate a limited-edition capsule collection comprised of two eye-catching styles made from silk. Featuring hand-dyed garments fit for a tropical getaway, the range of sleek separates pays homage to Mecca's roots through using splashes of yellow, green and black that represent the colors of the island's flag.

Steadfast in her commitment to honor her ancestors and the tropical island, this collaborative effort will aid in maintaining Winnifred Beach, the creative force's beloved Jamaican destination, with a percentage of the collection's proceeds being donated to Free Winnifred. “My ode to Jamaica is rooted in honoring my ancestors as well as my future, and finding my creativity to connect the diaspora in the here and now," she says on the exclusive collaboration. Bringing Mecca's discerning style aesthetic and heritage to life, the capsule collection features a slinky, mini slip dress along with both large and small scarves that are lightweight and can each be worn a multitude of ways.
