Nike's Re-Creation Program Makes Its Debut in London and Paris

Nike is striding forward as it is launching its new Re-Creation program.

The iconic footwear brand upcycles locally-sourced vintage attire into updated garments designed by creatives in the area. Arriving in London and Paris, the sustainable initiative is focused on the future of athletes, debuting a collaboration with London-based design project Greater Goods and Paris' Sarah Moh.

Transforming reinvigorated apparel into innovative pieces designed for urban athletes. Imagination takes center stage as old school crew necks and cozy hoodies are made brand new, thanks to frayed and distressed checkered designs. Elsewhere, sleek black T-shirts are artfully cut to expose bold hues and textures underneath, while nylon outerwear and bottoms bear color-blocked outlines to complement otherwise utilitarian accessories.
