Feng Chen Wang's UGG Boots Transform Into Sandals

UGG has teamed up with Feng Chen Wang on an innovate sheepskin boot that transforms into a summer-ready sandal. Expanding its roster of impressive designer collaborations (Molly Goddard and Telfar being recent examples), UGG tapped the Chinese designer three years ago. Two years in the making, the duo's joint effort is a truly versatile offering that places UGG at the forefront of comfort and style.

Designing a transformable UGG boot was no small feat. "Initially, it was a challenge to design a pair of boots for the summertime all the while keeping their classic design," Wang explained. "In order to do so, I chose to turn boots into a pair of three-in-one sandals which break the seasonal barrier." Two modular elements -- a furry bootliner and adjustable buckled sandal -- can be worn alone or together, resulting in three different styling options. The genderless silhouette is rendered in UGG's signature chestnut colorway, accented with UGG and Feng Chen Wang co-branding.
