Three minutes and 40 seconds into the group's stage, Cardi makes her grand entrance spitting bars in a black sparkly jumpsuit, which reveals her bare pregnant tummy. This will mark the couple’s second child together following Kulture Kiari, who turns three years old this July. "Cardi B and Offset, giving us life – literally," host Taraji P. Henson joked after the artists' performance.
