Mclaren's first dip into the future and following through with there long-term plans of having every one of there models by 2025 benefiting from some type of hybridization have released there first grand touring GT, in which you will know as the Speedtail (the code name for James Bond will be BP23). This model will immediately benefit from the exclusivity and the keep but don't drive model for there line up. The basics the cars claim to the fame will be comfort and speed, and the ability to seat three people the new seating arrangement is enough to push the price tag to above the $2 million US dollar mark.

Everybody is at a quench for time so Macheene is cutting these articles to short and sweet unless we are behind the wheel:

Top 5 Points that tell the story:
  • Electric and Petrol Combination built strictly of the Carbon Fiber Monocage Body Structure (TPT: Thin Ply Technology)
  • Unique Velocity Mode - the actual tail can lower by 1.4in / No mirrors all Camera's/Optimized ducts
  • Three Seat - Unprecedent customization the car is meant for luxury
  • Aerodynamic optimization: Static Wheel Covers to reduce drag/no mirrors/Active rear ailerons
  • 17 FT long, designed as a teardrop which per Mclaren is the fastest shape in nature and used by every other speed purposed demon

Mclaren Speedtail Powertrain:

Engine: Petrol and Hybridization are part of the fun, that's all we got
Power: 1035 HP (Combined HP)
Trans: Unknown
Drivetrain: RWD
Weight: (T5) - 3,153lb
Top Speed: 250 MPH (403km/h) / 0-186 in 12.8 Seconds (Mclaren P1 16 Seconds)

Enjoy the times, Mclaren is keeping the engine noise alive but no doubt where headed towards an all Electric car future.
