First thank you Sergio Marchionne, next thank you to every single Dodge Engineer that has cometh since the inception of the Hemi. Dodge now has a mission part of that statement is performance. Dodge's focus is now to be the premier performance brand across America's. When you think about it, in its entirety remember entirety there really isn't a brand pumping more 700+ hp juggernauts across there lineups. See Chevy does a few things well that is sports coupe's Chevy Zl1 and Corvette but look down that long line what else do they have from a performance perspective, next up dearly beloved Ford Mustang, Ford GT, I'll throw in the Raptor for extra glory, last but not least let's talk about Cadillac see these guys rule the sedans you got the CTS V, and the ATS V......there is only one player that is hitting you from all angles and it's members start and end with a Supercharged Hemi

  • Want a sedan got you covered Hellcat Charger
  • Want a Truck got you covered Trackhawk
  • Want a coupe got you covered Hellcat Challenger
  • Want a bigger Truck Dodge Ram Rebel TRX

Uno Dose Quattro, you can't run away folks no one has a line up that covers the full spectrum. Could GM do the same with the beloved LT4... well yeaaa hurry up and do it before the EPA cometh with the hammer. But back to dodge, back to where it started where Ralph Gilles ushered in the 300c and then Tim Kuniskis dropped the 707HP bomb on the auto industry. Something unheard of, that and dealing with the fact they were still using an older MB Platform to support their design. However, I will add Dodge is smart if it ain't broke DONT TOUCH IT. It's not broke and frankly, I think that Dodge Jeep can be like Porshe and offer this line up for the end of time a classic that just won't age. Slow but beneficial modifications that reiterate the bad intentions of there vehicles you have to respect the game and the dealing with the cards that have been given to you and making it happen.

What's new lets focus on the Redye and not the chronology:

Demon Engine detuned to produce:
797 HP 707 LB TQ
0-60: 3.4 Seconds
1/4 Mile: 10.8 Seconds / 131 MPH -- Be careful ZR1 very careful
Top Speed: 203 MPH

The big upgrades come in the following areas including a larger supercharger, strengthened connecting rods and pistons, high-speed valve train, fuel injection system and improved lubrication system. The most important factor and my biggest complaint with Dodge is on the feet .. 305/35ZR20's all around. THat means performance to the ground that can actually be achieved. Sorry to Hellcat owners but those skinny tires were in embarrassment and cheap move for a Muscle car already over the 70K range, but Dodge has certainly made up for it listening to its customers with this widebody iteration. The only big GT Muscle Car on the block get it while the plot continues to thicken with FCA, it's a ticking time bomb and we don't have much time left... BUY AND STORE
