The site went asleep...but BMW has woken up - M8 Gran Coupe Concept

Victory comes in many ways, sometimes pain is the best indicator of future success the more you go through the higher you can come up on top.  The last few years has certainly been a painful one for BMW in the sedan sector I am not saying the sky is falling but Mercedes Benz has put them on notice with a climb with no other, cars that have the looks, the guts, and the dynamics to match something that BMW previously wasn't afraid of. SUV wise, BMW still the crown of the German trio but now someone has reawoken the bangle in the BMW, or at least updated Bangle as the M6 Gran Coupe though still beautiful was a little long in the tooth. Well the E Class came and than the BMW 5 Series which dynamically may be a marvel but just doesn't have the machismo of the E63 AMG S exterior interior but that is a matter of opinion. So we come up to the next level of sedan releases that plays an importance to a prominent automaker the grand coupe and the AMG GT S 4 door has come out and look what BMW has done to spoil the fun thank you for joining the party Mercedes and a great attempt to smack porshe but there is a big Concept problem in the room..

See this may just put BMW at a turning point for the sedan market. The M8 meant to be a step above the M6 Gran Coupe looks to be a replacement though I wish they would keep it. The aggressive front end, the back end that finally speaks of being not boring. If BMW dare changes any lines to this and doesn't release we have a problem. Fastback and fitted with the proven TT4.4L V8 possibly pushing 600+ HP to the front and rear ala the M5 this to me is the epitomy of sex on wheels. What M5 brings in as subtle cockiness the M8 Gran Coupe comes in as the cocky bastard that it should be. 

The kidney lives the design language of the angled 4 eyes hexagonal design for the headlights ensures that Barvarian remains.  The lower wheel arches and stance that barely allows you to go over a driveway of 2 inches ensures that the stance of aggressiveness will the remain the same. Big upfront and little short out back ensure that the user knows this is front engined it also emulates its coupe appeal. The design effortless a silhouette with a rear diffuser that highlights the extracurricular activity you can get into. Cutting it short but this is justs the concept but I ensure you a capable 0-60 of 2.9 seconds and a top speed when delimited of 200 mph. Stay tuned if BMW finally gets out of being modest and starts the fire that makes it recognize it again.
