770.4 Million Working Force with only 2% in the middle class: I sense Growth Coming China CHANGCHENG

It's been the talk of all the economists and manufacturers alike they say China is the Goldmine/Goldrush but oh so much more work that needs to be done starting with the average wage, you think USA wages are low what about China's annual average of $11,733 and that's only 19% of the population, you also have a rural population 387 million making an estimated 2K a year that's 50% of the population (Goldman Sach's Information). Take a look at the breakdown below and you can see the excitement. 




If you need any more of excitement to the potential infographic let me add more information to measure reportedly only 4% of Chinese have a passport. They also love to shop one way that America is lagging and that's online to the tune of 35% of all sales are found with the swipe of keys Phone/Tablet/PC's.


Their neighbor that is close (India) is looking for an opportunity as well and may have the edge in population growth to the tune of surpassing China's working population by 2022. So if you follow the stock market you have heard of the impending new markets of the BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, and China) they compromise what some say will be the majority of GDP growth in the future. The numbers certainly don't lie from the low side they have a lot of room for growth but what is really interesting when looking at data is a penchant for foreign made goods. There is a strong attraction to UK, Italian, and the USA whether it be the media or just overflow of new innovations coming from StateSide there is no telling how far this will go.   

So the middle class makes the day well in a way if your government is not jacked you can succeed and flourish. All signs point to an apparent explosion of new real estate opportunities and for the first time a new super power with buying authenticity...
