Who says Christmas has to be cold, smack down nab in the middle of  Disney World and Downtown Orlando lay's one of the more prominent areas for what I call family living in the worlds of Dr. Phillips and Windermere neighboring towns that produce some of the most homely estates in America and for the value of price square footage we can consider this a bargain. So let's start off with why this area is so sought after, and proximity is key if you're coming from the east you have a couple of options southwest and that is in the realm of Tampa Bay, beaches of clearwater, downtown of St. Petersburg this is just an hour away 








Second, if you want a little life on a weekend afternoon your options are limitless in the way of downtown Orlando for the younger frenzy and winter park which plays host to a mix of mature and young crowds. Outside of that we have the communial of hidden hang out spots in everytown which makes it a swath of different variety and cultures. Here are some to think about which make Orlando more than just
