Martine Rose and Clarks Evolve Their "Coming Up Roses" Collection
info@hypebae.com (Hypebae) Fri, 28 Mar 2025 HypebaeMartine Rose and Clarks just dropped the Spring/Summer 2025 iteration of their "Coming Up Roses" collection, the highly anticipated follow-up to Rose's debut last year. Releasing as Clarks gears up to celebrate 200 years of craftsmanship and innovation, the new collection sees Rose (aka Clarks' first-ever guest creative director) revisit the brand's rich heritage and iconic line-up of silhouettes.
Building on the "exaggerated construction" of her first collection, the new release is crafted with traditional leathers, mock croc textures and Rose's distinctive raw-edge detailing. Featuring three essential Clarks styles, the collection includes the Derby, created with a raw-edge outsole and central seam; the Heel, designed with a square toe box and layered leathers and the Torview, one of Clarks' newest silhouettes. Landing in classic hues of black, burgundy and brown, the new heel silhouette also arrives in a striking bright blue colorway.
Celebrated through a new SS25 campaign, the visuals evolve Rose's "the shoes you want to keep on" messaging from her previous release, this time communicated through the summer-focused setting of the beach. Captured by Mariana Maltoni, the campaign features people from the local community, spotlighting their "carefree, colorful spirit."
Take a look at the new Clarks x Martine Rose SS25 "Coming Up Roses" collection above, available for purchase via Clarks and Martine Rose on March 31. The shoes will also see a global release on April 1 via select retailers.
