Continuing its sustainability initiative, ARKET has announced that customers can now rent out products from its children's collection. In partnership with Amsterdam-based online shop and clothing subscription service Circos, the label is offering a variety of styles for parents to choose for their kids.

"We’re really happy to be able to give our customers the possibility to share products with other families and proud to join Circos in their vision for a more circular everyday life," says ARKET managing director Pernilla Wohlfahrt in a press release. "Children’s clothes need to be designed with a longer-term horizon in mind, and all our garments are consciously intended to be handed down when outgrown."

Children usually go through eight different sizes in the first two years of their life. As a result, parents buy around 280 pieces of clothing, which are only worn for a few months or even less. To save money, space and the environment, ARKET and Circos' new initiative allows you to rent different items for your child for as long as they fit. Once they outgrow the garment, you can return it to find another style.

For those residing in Europe, you can now subscribe to the plan starting from €19.50 EUR (approximately $23 USD) per month.
