Ryan Murphy Casts Familiar Faces in New Series 'American Horror Stories'

Ryan Murphy has revealed the first cast members of his upcoming American Horror Story spin-off series, American Horror Stories (plural). Slated to premiere in July, the 16-episode anthology delves into "horror myths, legends and lore," as described in a tweet Murphy posted last year.

Announced in an Instagram post, the cast's "Fantastic Four" is comprised of some familiar faces: Glee's Kevin McHale, Dyllón Burnside of Pose, The Prom star Nico Greetham and Riverdale’s Charles Melton. Danny Trejo will also make an appearance, according to DeadlineAs Murphy previously announced, several American Horror Story regulars will join the spin-off.

Murphy is also working on American Horror Story: Double Feature, the 10th season of his original foray into all things dark and spooky. Newcomers including Paris Jackson, Macaulay Culkin and Kaia Gerber will appear alongside recurring cast members Evan Peters, Kathy Bates and Sarah Paulson.
