UNIQLO Taps Pop Art Legend Roy Lichtenstein for Latest UT Collaboration

Shortly after revealing its Pokémon All-Stars collection, UNIQLO has now teamed up with the Roy Lichtenstein Foundation for a range of tees celebrating the American pop art legend. Arriving as part of its UT line, the collaboration is comprised of T-shirts and accessories for women and men.

"It has been a pleasure working with UNIQLO and their UT designers," the Estate of Roy Lichtenstein shares in a press release, while UNIQLO's Vice President of Global Licensing Nicholas Grover adds: "We are honored to celebrate the iconic works of Roy Lichtenstein and partner with the Estate of Roy Lichtenstein to bring this collection to UNIQLO stores around the world."

Lichtenstein's most iconic works including the Girl series, Spray Can and Cold Shoulder serve contrast on black, white, red and blue tees. Select graphics are printed onto the front and back, while others arrive as embroidery at the front chest. In addition to the T-shirts, UNIQLO and the Estate of Roy Lichtenstein have crafted medium- and large-sized tote bags with the same design motifs.
