GANNI and Barbour's New Collaboration Is Full of Love

Following the success of their first collaboration last year, teased on the runway, GANNI and Barbour have teamed up once again to get us prepped for the Fall/Winter 2023 season.

Landing in the form of a nine-piece collection, the new arrivals feature a mix of signature Barbour outerwear and winter-ready accessories. Building on the coming together of the brands' two worlds (South Shields in the UK and Copenhagen in Denmark), the collection fuses together elements of Scandi style with British classics.

Crafted from organic waxed cotton and certified recycled polyamide, the collection takes signature Barbour silhouettes and adds GANNI touches like oversized collars, removable hoods and the unique leopard print. Oversized bomber jackets are paired with bucket hats, featuring bright neon green logos, alongside short waxed jackets and longline quilted coats. Rounding out the seasonal offering is a two-piece collection of checked scarves, marking a first for the design duo.

"We just had to join forces with Barbour again -- there was so much potential for another collab and so much we didn't get to the first time around," begins GANNI's creative director, Ditte Reffstrup. "This time we wanted to really continue to value the craftsmanship and added even more joyful elements incorporating our classic leopard print -- to me, leopard print is timeless. We share a genuine commitment to responsibility, which made this collaboration even more meaningful; they are true investment pieces designed to be loved and worn forever. Collaboration is really what gets my beat going," she continues.

Similarly, Barbour's head of womenswear Nicola Brown, adds, "It's great to be announcing a second collaboration with GANNI. We have worked closely with GANNI to create new bold and playful styles with contrasting tones, texture and the leopard print captures a new bold statement to the range. The collaboration is a true partnership, blending both brands’ ethos and spirit with an ageless and timeless approach to showcasing true craftsmanship and quality.

Take a look at the new collaboration above, set to launch online and in stores on November 3.
