032c has launched its latest ready-to-wear collection for the Spring/Summer 2021 season. Dubbed "SYSTÈME DE LA MODE," the label's newest sustainable styles feature sleek cuts and tailoring throughout.

"This collection responds to what is happening in the world, personally and globally," 032c's ready-to-wear creative director Maria Koch shared in a press release. "But it also has a vision beyond reality, of something more magical – it’s about realizing potential, immediately."

Crafted from material created by Ferdinand Schmidt-Thomé of Berlin’s Chromic Lab, outerwear pieces in the range boast UV light-sensitive prints, glow-in-the-dark details, reflective yarns and heat-sensitive garment dye. Elsewhere, the sleek black calf leather vest acts as a liner for the gradient reflective parka, while the nylon worker jacket reveals the wearer's body temperature. Other silhouettes include graphic tees, branded sweaters, shorts, tote bags and more.

"Just as one plays with words, in 'SYSTÈME DE LA MODE' we play with new materials," the brand commented on the collection. "We communicate with textiles that are as sensitive to body heat as we are to the rising temperature of a conversation, and that pick up on the coldness of the outside air as we register the irony in a remark."
