7 Ways Fashion Girls Are Making White Sneakers Look Cooler Than Ever

If there's one item that I've had in my closet for as long as I can remember, it's white sneakers. While styles of shoes may fluctuate, there will always be a classic white sneaker donned by fashion girls at any given time. Brands always have a range of them in all kinds of shapes and textures, and there will always be a spot for them in your wardrobe—at least that's the case for me. However, with any closet staple, it can get tricky to make items feel fresh, especially when you've had them for so long. To fulfill your outfit-inspiration needs, we found the coolest ways the style set is incorporating the classic into their outfits.

Below, you'll find seven outfits that'll make you want to pair your white sneakers with something other than a T-shirt and leggings (because I may have been doing that a little too much lately). Remember: They're so versatile you can pretty much wear them with anything, so the sky's the limit here. And lastly, we shopped out some of our favorites on the market just in case you're in need of an upgrade after wearing down your last pair.

Want to make your sneakers stand out? Start off with a basic ensemble, but layer over a colorful coat or blazer.

There's a good chance you have at least one sweater-vest in our closet now, so throw one over a button-down, skinny jeans, and your sneakers.

Sometimes the easiest option is to keep it tonal and neutral. Pair an elevated white piece like a blazer or the jumpsuit above with your shoes.

Slip dresses are a fashion girl's summer uniform, so it only feels right to pair them with sneakers.

I may have just found your new favorite beach outfit. A breathable shorts set is already great for summer, but pairing it with a bikini top and white sneakers makes it pretty much perfect. The beach is waiting for you.

If you're looking to keep it cozy (like I always am), you can never go wrong with an oversize graphic sweatshirt and flared pants.

I know I said I'm trying to wear my sneakers less with leggings, but with a matching athleisure top and coat, this look is anything but basic.
