It’s Official: Men With Beards Are More Attractive, Study Says

A new study conducted by Dating.com, researchers determined: "It's a fact: women are much more attracted to men with beards." To some with a "type" this is no surprise. To those keeping their options open, here's everything you need to know.

"A majority of singles (86%) enjoy facial hair on men," the brand reported. According to users, "it makes them appear more masculine and mature." On average, men with facial hair in one or more dating profile picture receive three times more matches than those with no such imagery."

For the men with beards in the chat, "77% shared it is a turn off if a beard or mustache isn't properly groomed." As for what the girlies prefer, "a little scruff" and the once-controversial five o'clock shadow are most attractive.
