Take a Look at Arvida Byström’s New Nude Book

Swedish photographer and influencer Arvida Byström releases her new sex-positive book, "In the Clouds."

Nothing digital lasts forever -- so Byström is putting her nudes in print. Now available, her pocket-sized book "In the Clouds" features 164 pages of AI-generated nudes.

Inspired by the harsh reality of the app "Undress.app," which claims it can undress "any image," Byström tapped AI to decipher "what's left" of intimacy on the internet," she told Forbes. In recent years, femme bodies are becoming less visible on the internet... yet AI-generated nudes -- often deepfakes -- can exist and trend.

"The whole idea with In The Clouds with Arvida Byström was me working out how I can hold up a mirror to society and understand ourselves better. It's been so enjoyable working on a book. The premise I would say is similar to my first book, which was all about things that disappear online, and saving them by printing them in a book. I wanted this publication to be an art piece of its own."

Byström hit our radar after starring in adidas Originals‘ Superstar campaign with unshaven legs, which people were offended by for some strange reason. She received endless threats leading to her response: "me being such an abled, white, cis body with its only nonconforming feature being a lil leg hair. I can’t even begin to imagine what it’s like to not posses all these privileges and try to exist in the world."
