Cuffing season is almost over which means it's time to prepare for dating -- or shall we say, mating season. To help you elevate your date night ideas, dining experts at Restaurant Furniture compiled a list of the most affordable Michelin-rated restaurants across the U.S.

Date night ideas are constantly trending for a reason: there are only so many ways to rethink the standard dinner and a movie. By the way, who made it the standard to get to know someone in a dark cinema?

For those used to balling on a budget -- no shame, so are we! -- Michelin-star rated restaurants are often pricey as Michelin stars are given to top-tier restaurants "using top quality ingredients" and pushing consistently delicious dishes. As MICHELIN Guide shared, "In theory, a one-star rating means, 'a very good restaurant,' two stars signify 'excellent cooking that is worth a detour,' and a three-star restaurant is one that offers "exceptional cuisine that is worth a special journey.'"

So naturally, we had to share the list so you can impress your next beau with your elegant taste.

Keep reading for a list of the most affordable Michelin-rated restaurants -- in order of least to most expensive.
