Cardi B Reveals She’s Been Single “For a Minute Now”

Celebrity couple Cardi B and Offset have officially split, the Bronx rapper confirms in a heartfelt moment with fans.

Following yet another false cheating rumor, the Bronx rapper joined her fans on live to reveal: I've been single for a minute now." The former couple has long battled cheating rumors, and as of late, they've stood tall and united. However, it appears the cheating rumors may not have been the issue and Cardi felt this was the perfect time to communicate recent changes.

According to the "WAP" rapper, she's wanted to communicate her changed relationship status "for a minute now," but has hesitated each time she's spoken to her community. "I have been afraid… Not afraid, I just don’t know how to tell the world. But I feel like today has been, like -- a sign," she revealed in reference to the rumors.

"I don't know if you guys have been getting clues from me, from my Lives, or from my Stories when I put some certain music, or find my unfollowings," she admitted. On December 4th, she reportedly shared a post stating: "You know when you just out grow relationships?"  The couple also recently unfollowed eachother, as well.

The couple privately married in 2017 and quietly split this fall, despite attending events together and supporting eachother -- cue the couple's hit song, "Freaky." This past weekend, the "Bongos" star performed at TikTok's In the Mix music festival in Mesa, Arizona, yet thee couple was not photographed together, which raised concern.

Unfortunately, those subliminal messages revealed a truth behind closed doors. The former couple has not yet released a joint statement but according to Cardi B, 2024 is her year and she has to "put me first."
