Jennifer Lawrence's Makeup Is Insta-Famous—Here Are the Exact Products She Used

Kaitlyn McLintock  Fri, 27 Oct 2023  Who What Wear All 15 inside.

I feel like Jennifer Lawrence has been taking her beauty game to the next level. Her golden-blonde hair and sultry makeup have been on my radar for a couple of months now. As a result, I can't help but save every picture I come across to the folder on my Instagram labeled "beauty inspo." I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. The makeup look she wore to the premiere of her latest film, No Hard Feelings, went viral on Instagram. For weeks, I've seen post after post displaying the look and expressing disbelief at just how flawless it looks. And it does look flawless. I mean, there's her matte-radiant complexion (which, by the way, is a perfect example of the TikTok-viral "cloud skin"); there's the "old-money" eye makeup; there's the statiny pink lip. Because I'm low-key obsessed with this look, I wanted (nay, needed) to know the exact products she wore. Luckily, I got the download. Lawrence's makeup artist, Hung Vanngo, used exclusively Dior products to create the look. This isn't surprising, seeing as Lawrence has been an ambassador for the brand since 2012. Ahead, see all 15 of the exact products he used.

As any makeup artist or beauty editor will tell, skin prep is everything. The first step in Lawrence's skin prep was this luxe, anti-aging serum, which uses micro-pearls that contain rose nutrients and rose sap to brighten and firm the skin. Yes, it's expensive, but it's Dior, so I wouldn't expect anything less.

Next up, this accompanying eye cream. It uses the same star ingredient—rose—to lift and tighten the appearance of the eye area. It also has a cooling applicator that enhances the formula's efficacy.

The third and final skin-prep step was this moisturizing cream. It's unique in that it's an anti-aging cream created specifically for combination to oily skin types. The star ingredient in this luxe formula is, again, rose. Although this time, it focuses on giving the skin firming peptides.

After Lawrence's skin was prepped, hydrated, and plumped, it was time for makeup. Vanngo applied this primer as base to help grip makeup and hydrate the skin.

Remember that cloud-skin effect I mentioned earlier? Lawrence's complexion had a matte finish, but it didn't look dull or one-dimensional. Instead, it had a lit-from-within radiance. This foundation was to thank. It offers a matte finish and 24-hour wear. It's also transfer-proof and resistant to sweat and humidity. Lawrence wore the shade 2CR, which is a cool shade with rosy undertones.

As for concealer, Vanngo used this best-selling Dior formula. Like the foundation, it has a hydrating, transfer-proof, and long-wearing formula. It's also full coverage for the most flawless finish.

This powder-bronzer is silky and easy to blend. Lawrence's shade is #003, which is a soft, slightly cool-toned shade. If it calls to you, act quickly, because it's limited-edition.

Believe it or not, Lawrence is wearing this TikTok-viral blush. Sure, it looks shockingly pink in the pan, but dust it lightly across your skin, and it reads as soft and youthful. Trust me, I have it, and I use it basically every single day for subtly flushed cheeks.

Lawrence's smoky-eye makeup was especially intriguing to me, as someone who is somewhat intimidated by the idea. Vanngo used shades out of this luxe, plum-colored palette to define the lids.

Lawrence's kohl-rimmed gaze came courtesy of this inky eye pencil. It has a creamy formula that glides easily across the eyes, while its high-intensity pigment can be blended out for a smoky effect. In fact, it's the exact product the brand recommends for achieving its signature smoky-eye look.

To finish off the eyes, Vanngo used this iconic volumizing and curling mascara. I love that it's refillable and contains cornflower floral water to strengthen lashes.

The final step to complete Lawrence's eye look was to define and shape her brows using this precise eye pencil. The color, Chestnut, is designed for blonde and light-brown eyebrows with warm undertones, aka Jennifer Lawrence's.

To line Lawrence's lips, Vanngo used this transfer-proof pencil in a neutral shade, called 100 Nude Look.

Next, this velvety color was applied. The lipstick uses peony and pomegranate flower extracts for comfortable wear and comes in 75 shades (yes, really). Although, this neutral color is a good place to start.

The final step was to apply this plumping and hydrating gloss over top for a hint of sheen. This just so happens to be a Who What Wear editor favorite since it plumps and smooths the lips without too much burning or irritation (unlike other plumping products).
