Amazon Music Debuts 'Hip-Hop X Siempre' Starring Villano Antillano, Eladio Carrión, Fat Joe and More

Amazon Music has premiered a new documentary titled Hip-Hop X Siempre (Hip-Hop Forever), which focuses on the important intersection between hip-hop and Latin musicians.

Throughout the documentary, various hip-hop experts, as well as Latin artists, are interviewed, including Farina, Villano Antillano, Fat Joe, Myke Towers, B-Real, N.O.R.E., Eladio Carrión and more. The doc, which was released during the 50th anniversary of hip-hop, proves how fundamental hip-hop has been to Latinos and vice versa. Hip-Hop X Siempre perfectly executes how two cultures are actually one.

"Latinos have been an inherent part of hip-hop from its start, and hip-hop continues to inspire our culture and past, present and future generations," Rocio Guerrero, head of Global Latin, Amazon Music, said in a press release. "Latino artists take inspiration from hip-hop beats and lyrics, infusing them with traditional Latin rhythms to make the genre our own, ultimately aiding in its global reach and relevance.
