Bad Bunny Breaks Spotify Record for Biggest Streaming Day in 2023 for a Male Artist

Bad Bunny continues to break records with his music. The Puerto Rico native has reached yet another Spotify milestone. According to Chart Data, "Bad Bunny broke the record for biggest streaming day for a male artist on Spotify in 2023 on May 19 (61.1 million.)"
The sudden increase in streams comes right after Bad Bunny released his Jersey club-infused single "Where She Goes" on May 18. The track garnered lots of attention as it features an English-language title. It's also something new for the artist as it features hints of EDM.
Of making "Where She Goes," Bad Bunny told Apple Music, "It was really fun. I was expecting to make music this year, I told that. I just felt it. I had this idea, I had this feeling, and I said, 'F-ck, let's do it.' So that's what music is about, to have fun… so that's what I like so much, this track, I love it. I've been listening 100 times every day."
