Beyoncé Receives Her 32nd Grammy, Breaking Record for Most Wins in the Show's 64-Year History

UPDATE (February 5, 2023): Moments after winning her 31st Grammy, Beyoncé has now officially broken the record for the most wins in the show's 64-year history.

The musician won the Best Dance/Electronic Album for her hit record RENAISSANCE, marking her sixth win tonight alone. In total, she now has 32 Grammy wins, officially breaking the record after tying with the conductor Georg Solti.


ORIGINAL STORY (February 5, 2023): Beyoncé has just won her 31st Grammy Award, making her one of the artists with the most wins in the history of the awards show.

The musician, who was tied with her husband Jay-Z for the most nominations with a total of 88 nods, was awarded Best R&B Song for her hit "Cuff It." The title came after her wins in the categories Best Dance/Electronic Recording for "Break My Soul" and Best Traditional R&B Performance for "Plastic Off the Sofa."

With this win, Beyoncé is in the same ranking as the conductor Georg Solti as the most awarded artist in the 64-year history of the Grammys. Prior to the night, she was ranked second alongside Quincy Jones with 28 wins.

The 41-year-old has won five titles in total at this year's Grammy Awards as of writing.
