Kali Uchis Announces Her Upcoming English-Language Album 'Red Moon in Venus'

UPDATE (January 20, 2023): Kali Uchis has finally announced one of the two albums she's dropping this year. The singer took to social media to announce her forthcoming LP Red Moon in Venus.

Uchis shared a teaser trailer of the album, offering a glimpse of the dreamy aesthetic. The album announcement comes one day after she dropped her latest single, "I Wish You Roses."

ORIGINAL STORY (January 6, 2023): Kali Uchis is dropping not one but two albums this year. The singer took to Twitter to share the exciting announcement with fans.

She began by quote-tweeting a tweet from April 2022. At the time, she wrote, "My third album & the next are both finished, one is an English album one is a Spanish album ¿what my kuchis want first?" She recently added, "Dropping both in 2023."

Uchis' upcoming music has been in the works for a while. Last January, she had revealed she was close to finishing one of the LPs. "Just finishing my album and minding my business," she tweeted back then. Soon after, she went on tour with Tyler, The Creator, whom she's previously collaborated with.
