As Coachella season slowly creeps up on us, the internet can't stop wondering who will be headlining the two-weekend-long festival this year. As of now, the only artist confirmed to headline the show is Frank Ocean, but there are more names potentially joining the lineup, including BLACKPINK.

If confirmed to be true, the quartet will become the first-ever K-pop group and the sixth female act to headline the festival, following legendary names Björk, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish.

However, rumors have been circulating online that the quartet -- comprised of Jennie, Rosé, Lisa and Jisoo -- will be one of the headliners alongside Frank Ocean, who is the only name confirmed so far.

BLACKPINK is currently kicking off their Asia tour beginning with Bangkok, followed by Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates throughout January. It's worth noting that following their shows in Kuala Lumpur, Kaohsiung and Manila in March, there is a noticeable gap in April before they start performing again in Singapore on May 13.
