Machine Gun Kelly dropped the deluxe version of Mainstream Sellout, which includes six new songs. One of them is the vulnerable track "Last November," which the musician seemingly confirmed is about his and Megan Fox's past miscarriage.

"'Last November’ is the truth behind the second half of  'Twin Flame,'" MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, tweeted hours before the extended LP dropped.

"Twin Flame," which was released in March as part of the OG Mainstream Sellout album, is about his fiancée. However, during his Billboard Music Awards performance of the song in May, Baker revealed the track is also a love letter to their "unborn child."

"I wrote this song for my wife," he said during the performance before adding, "and this is for our unborn child." The pop punk singer also opened up about the track in the zine that came out alongside the album. "The second part of this song came almost two years later," he wrote. "Well, actually, it started as a song called 'One Day and 10 Weeks.' Then, I made a song called 'Last November.' Neither expressed the sadness we experienced from what I will leave in private, and I circled back to this song and decided to add on to the story ... Our Story."
