Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Custody Battle Might Be Taken to Court

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finalized their divorce earlier this month. However, the drama continues as Ye has now involved his lawyer in their custody battle.
According to TMZ, Ye wants to reach "some agreement" with Kardashian. If not, he plans on taking their custody issues to court. This news comes after the rapper claimed that the SKIMS founder limits his visits with his children. “This was on my daughter's backpack when I was ‘allowed’ to see her last week,” he wrote in the caption of his Instagram post. Kardashian's response, which has since been deleted comment, said: "Please stop this narrative, you were just here this morning picking up the kids for school." TMZ has also revealed that Ye spent three days with the kids last week and had them attend his DONDA 2 event in Miami last month.
Since announcing their divorce, Kardashian and West have not settled on a formal custody arrangement. West's lawyer will reportedly present a formal deal to them. However, if both parties aren't on board with the arrangement, the lawyer will have to take their case before a judge.
