Whether you're visiting the island for its renowned commitment to partying or simply want a taste of its buzzy beach clubs and fresh food, there are a few hotels, shops and restaurants that are not to be missed.

For a taste of home, The Standard's island outpost makes the perfect pitstop to lay your head after a long day, coupled with its distinctive cuisine at rooftop restaurant UP. Elsewhere, you'd be inclined to take an Instagrammable dip at Sir Joan Hotel, followed by a deeply aesthetic, homegrown dining experience at La Paloma.

Hotels

The Standard Ibiza

The Standard Hotel offers a quiet escape in the midst of the bustling city, featuring rooftop views, cozy bedrooms and a delightfully-designed interior. MAINE

One of Ibiza's newest restaurants, MAINE, offers an elevated experience for Island diners. The luxurious bar and grill utilizes carefully sourced ingredients with the idea of togetherness at the heart of its presentation. Located against the deserted salt pans of Salinas, MAINE's Ibiza restaurant sits inside an 18th century parish amidst the small church of Sant Francesc de s'Estany. Working with local farmers and fishermen, the extensive menu provides a taste of luxury.

UP at The Standard

UP, The Standard's rooftop restaurant, combines picturesque views with an intensely refreshing menu. From seasonal spritzes and house cocktails to fresh fish and salads, the Japanese-Mexican fusion menu is the perfect respite for busy days in the city or lazy days in the sun. Paired with an intimate rooftop pool and occasional DJ, UP is an easy way to immerse yourself into Ibiza's partygoer experience without straying too far from comfort.

Zitya

The newly-opened ZITYA brings a sense of Boho to the Island, merging Turkish and Greek flavors for an unforgettable dining experience that can be enjoyed through small plates, sharing menus and traditional Aegean cuisine. Complete with its very own finca, the new restaurant takes over an iconic location, previously known as Naif, which once hosted Ibiza's most memorable parties (frequented by the likes of Mick Jagger and Kate Moss.)

Nikki Beach

Nikki Beach is one of Ibiza's most notable beach clubs, providing a vibrant party experience for daytimers while also offering an extensive menu of classic cocktails and small plates. From fresh fish to fizzing Palomas, the bustling beach club and restaurant has the perfect pairing for any palate, and provides its guests with the most comfortable way to enjoy an Ibiza party.

HOMME PLUS

Luxury streetwear store HOMME PLUS offers a curated range of designer apparel and accessories, featuring brands like Martine Rose, Casablanca and Billionaire Boys Club. Specializing in menswear, the store features a number of unisex pieces alongside fragrance and homeware, and finds itself located in the heart of the town -- right opposite The Standard Hotel.

Thunderstreet

Sneaker specialists, Thunderstreet, have two unique locations in Ibiza town, one of which specializes in coveted sneaker releases (including a delectable display of Dunks and other sought-after silhouettes) while its apparel store features special releases from brands like Stussy, OFF-WHITE, Supreme and MSCHF. Complete with one-off releases and special editions, the store is a must-visit for streetwear aficionados and collectors.

Numero 00

Numero 00's newest location opened in Ibiza earlier this year. The minimal streetwear store boasts cool-toned concrete interiors and a distinctive selection of menswear, womenswear and accessories. Featuring a mixture of its own garments and select brands, the store offers a range of casual shirting, pants, hoodies and jackets.
