Back in 2018, Glossier released its Lash Slick mascara designed to lengthen and lift lashes without smudges or flakes. Since then, it has become one of the beauty brand's best-selling items.

In celebration of its makeup product's success, Glossier has launched a creative campaign titled "Lash Slick: The Movie." Highlighting its customers’ feedback, the project features four movie trailer-inspired visuals that pay homage to iconic film genres such as indie, romantic comedy, film noir and anime. The campaign stars Saturday Night Live’s Ego Nwodim (indie), improv actor Catherine Saint Siena (romantic comedy) and artist Gina Lee (film noir). As for the anime trailer, the label has partnered with illustrator Moon Kyu Lee to design the graphics.

Additionally, Glossier's "Lash Slick: The Movie" will appear on the marquees and poster boards of nine Art House movie theaters in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago and Boston starting from March 22. The trailers will be showcased at select drive-ins across the country.
